Therefore, our body is getting restless. What do we do now?

Around 6000 years ago, Yoga was originated in India. It can propel us towards the shower of inner peace which most of us are lacking in this testing scenario.
Adopting Yoga as a significant part of our wellness regime can make a decisive difference.
Yoga…making our thoughts sustainable from within
The word Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit word ‘Yog’ that stands for ‘to harness with’. When we are conscious, our mind continually thinks about the grief-moments of the past and swings towards the unseen worries of the future and overlooking the present completely.
Yoga can change the way we are looking at our life. We are not living the cherishing moments of our life with a full heart because our mind has trapped us in the negative and puzzling thoughts. Regular practicing of Yoga can rejuvenate our thoughts exceedingly well.
Our body has started feeling depressed as it is unable to do what it wants to. This is the time we connect to our soul, and our soul connects to our body which is the typical definition of yoga; yoga is like Plus. It is like connecting our soul with our bodies.
When the soul is connected with the body, desires of the body are given to the soul and that soul is connected to the almighty. When we connect to the almighty, almighty takes care of it and it guides the right way and we give everything as anxiety to the almighty who removes all our anxieties.
This is how our thoughts gradually started to become sustainable from within. It is quite significant to have sustainable thoughts as they will help us to grasp the positivity around and confronting the odds more convincingly. Yoga makes us learn to stay in the present moment that saves us from unnecessary stress. It helps us to become a person with a better vision and peerless emotional control.
