Business ideologies have changed completely and in the current scenario, it seems like bullfighting where competitors enter the arena for a head-to-head clash. In this vast world, people have different kinds of persona and habits altogether. But due to the ruthless scenario people prefer to hide their tender and real side. Rather than expressing, people prefer to hide their true feelings, expressions, and habits. Due to fear of losing relationships or hurting someone’s sentiments people don’t dare to speak the truth.
A similar thing may happen in professional life also during business planning and proceedings. There may be some situations where we may have a different and more impactful opinion than others but we don’t stand out due to our hesitation or fear of being different.
If you want to overcome your fear you should include spirituality in your personal as well as professional life. Spirituality doesn’t only mean to follow mere your religious beliefs but to sense, it’s actual worth. If you embrace it with full heart then it will definitely strengthen your belief and it will empower you to be one person internally and externally as well.
Spirituality has scientific recognition as well. Penal gland, situated in the center of the brain is linked to spirituality and provides the most feasible answer when you stuck in a situation like never before. You just need to start believing in it.
My Definition of Spirituality
I strongly believe that Spirituality acts as a bridge between you and your spirit. You are strung by different challenges of life that are overshadowing your real side, but your spirit can’t be stringed. It is completely fearless and free whatever it likes to do. Spirituality helps you to meet your inner spirit and then you discover your real side.
Spirituality in Business
When you include spirituality in your business life as well, then you become able to see how things are going really and how well you are contributing towards the betterment of planet earth and human being.
Spirituality opens your eyes to see the authentic scenario without worrying about doing different efforts than the rest for the sake of healthier and smarter business practices.

Meaning of the verses clearly states that, each member of rightful society ( Business Houses) must be sensitive towards their duties and responsibilities, they should become the noble examples and standards according to social rules & regulations, which will be followed by other society members for wellbeing of their members( People of Business houses) and society as whole.
Positivity is extremely important in life as it helps in dragging positive outcomes. Spirituality makes you be in a positive state of mind. So, embrace it and feel the difference. There are, however, no challenges without purpose; each and everyone come for a reason. By accepting, understanding, and curing our negative beliefs and approach, we transform them into new opportunities. By understanding and applying Spiritual principles in our business we attract prosperity into our personal and professional lives.
Spirituality in the Textile Industry
We all are well aware of constantly degrading ecological balance and we also know the reason behind it. If we want to bring the change, we must start from within. Spirituality can play a key role here as it will help us to sense that personal benefits and achievements are not that important as we need to focus on the larger goal of strengthening the ecological balance.
The only thing we need to do is to adapt this needed change to see the world from the eyes of our inner spirituality.
