Inspiring girls to leap big with the vigor of education
Plenty of efforts have been made to educate girls but still, there is a lot to do. Some girls are not that fortunate to visit school due to financial problems or a restricted mindset. IAR Foundation provides financial and social support to those girls and lets them smile freely with the joy of learning something new in their schools.
With a goal to search and identify such kids, our social representatives visit schools and colleges. After identification and assessing the financial condition of their family IAR takes charge of sponsoring the education of such kids by providing them scholarships. More than 500 kids have been benefited from the IAR Scholarship.
It is not just about arranging the fund for their education but to fuel their dreams on real grounds. Along with assisting in education, IAR has also developed skill development centers where girls can become skilled at knitting, stitching, etc. Girls receive certification after passing the assessment and they are also getting support in getting a job as per their skills.
